Kleen A Big White Shirt

Everybody needs one! Lovely, light as a feather, perfect for summer big white shirt. Very roomy but because ramie can be woven very thinly it does not add bulk to the body, it stays cool even in tropics and looks fabulous.

The shirt has long sleeves but with two sleeve button and a strap, you can roll them up and they’ll stay up. The front has two large breast pockets, the shirt is button down so it can be worn closed or opened. sides fall a  small amount lower and have 6″ slits on sides. The shirt is comfortable, light and romantic, it reminds me of Out of Africa film (but happier).

100% ramie. Ramie is a plant grown mostly in Asia and is very sustainable – it can be harvested up to six times a year. It has been used to produce textile for thousands of years – it is very strong, white fiber that looks a bit similar to linen. It has a beautiful silky luster and it can be woven loosely to provide wonderfully light garments. Perfect for warm weather.

Made in China (see a note from LA-based Manufacturer below). Machine washable in cold water.

Garments run very loose in sizing. I usually wear Medium but I can fit into XS and S comfortably on this one. Length for size Small is approx. 29″ lowering to 32″ on the sides. 35″ from the nape (middle of back under the collar), the bust is about 42-43″ around for Small size.

Dimensions below come from the manufacturer but actual garments are quite generous in size.
